Session Selections:
Relax and Decompress Massage-

When you just need a massage session to relax and turn off for a bit, this is your perfect option. You can expect your therapist to ask a few detailed questions prior to your appointment to clearly understand what you are looking for in your session. No specific areas will be addressed, this is the perfect option to let your mind drift and your body unwind.

Focused Work Massage-

This session is ideal for anyone needing a little extra focus work on a specific area that is incorporated into a relaxing massage. This is not a full body session, where more time will be spent on the area of concern. You can expect active communication from your therapist during your session while addressing the area of concern. A variety of techniques will be utilized to address the problem area and your therapist will be happy to explain what those are and what to expect further in your session.

Concentrated Therapy Massage-

This session is ideal for anyone struggling with a specific muscular problem, and is needing that area addressed ONLY. You can expect a very thorough evaluation, assessment, and therapy structure to the problem area being addressed. Your therapist will work with you to form a plan moving you forward in your pain relief goals.

Office Policies:

Upon booking, we do require clients to either prepay for their appointment or to leave a card on file. You may pay with any other form of payment when you come in if you so chose. Payment is due at the end of your service visit.

All promotional package's, Gift Certificates, and prepaid services will expire a year from their purchase date and become a remaining non-refundable dollar credit.

The remaining dollar amount will become a credit in your account to use for later visits. All rendered services are non-refundable, INCLUDING any cancellation fees.

Gratuities are highly appreciated, although NOT required.

We reserve the right to turn away clients that do not follow our office policies.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unexpected events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to ALL clients and staff, the following policies are honored: 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling/rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity to allow time for each client and the providing therapist to be available.

If you are unable to give 24-hour advance notice, the prepaid service missed will be forfeited OR you will be charged to the card on file for the full amount for the missed appointment.

All appointments are scheduled for you to have the full hands-on massage time of 30, 60, 90, and 2-hour sessions. We expect you to arrive 5 minutes before and we allot 5 minutes after each session to disrobe, redress, and reschedule/checkout for each appointment.

Please understand that if you are late, we are unable to extend the appointment time due to the next appointment following yours.
