OVERVIEW
The program’s goal is to improve team competence and practice performance by providing cutting edge information on endoscopy, gastroenterology and liver diseases through state-of-the-art lectures and hands-on endoscopy sessions taught by an international faculty of experts in the field.
The morning educational session presentations will educate participants on common and controversial topics in endoscopy, gastrointestinal, and liver diseases in preparation for afternoon hands-on sessions.
The hands-on session in the afternoon is by far the most needed educational session based on performance gap analysis. This popular session included demonstration of the following techniques, with opportunities for participants to practice techniques learned: clipping, cauterization, argon gas, EMR, ESD, ablation, snare techniques, injection needles, use of HD endoscopes, etc.
