Heather Johnson, M.D., Named Baptist Health Medical Group’s Physician of the Year in the North
Congratulations to Heather Johnson, M.D., a preventive cardiologist with Lynn Women's Health & Wellness Institute at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, who was chosen as Baptist Health Medical Group’s Physician of the Year for the northern counties.
One of Dr. Johnson’s patients wrote the following, which served as a heartfelt nomination to spawn voting from Clinical Enterprise employees, leaders, and fellow providers:
“For a long time, I saw multiple doctors and specialists, but no one could figure out why I was experiencing severe dizziness. Dr. Johnson, however, approached my case with thoroughness and determination that immediately set her apart. From our very first consultation, she listened carefully to my concerns, asked insightful questions, and conducted a detailed examination to get to the root of the problem.
Thanks to her expertise, she identified a medication that I had been prescribed by another doctor as the reason for my dizziness, something no other doctor had considered. She showed incredible patience, kindness, and empathy, which made me feel confident and supported.”
