The Junior League of Boca Raton Announces the 37th Annual Woman Volunteer of the Year
The Junior League of Boca Raton recently hosted its 37th Annual Woman Volunteer of the Year Luncheon at The Boca Raton, a treasured event honoring exceptional women who have made significant contributions to the community. This year’s prestigious award was presented to Terry Fedele, nominated by FAU’s Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing, in recognition of her outstanding dedication to healthcare and service. In a heartwarming surprise to nearly 1,000 guests, the Lifetime Achievement Award was also bestowed upon Nancy Brinker of the Promise Fund, celebrating her lifelong commitment to improving women’s health.
The luncheon featured a welcome reception, a silent auction, and a dazzling fashion show with curated looks from Boca Chica and Mr. Pink, adding a touch of glamour to the afternoon’s festivities.
The event was proudly sponsored by the Boca Regional Hospital Foundation and the Christine E. Lynn Women’s Health and Wellness Institute.
