This month, Boca Raton Regional Hospital proudly hosted the 62nd Annual Debbie-Rand Memorial Service League Volunteer Luncheon and Pin Ceremony—a beloved tradition that honors the remarkable individuals who give their time, talent, and heart to support our hospital.

Founded in 1962, the Debbie-Rand Memorial Service League has played a vital role in shaping the compassionate culture of Boca Regional. The League is comprised of adult and teen volunteers who contribute thousands of hours annually across nearly every area of the hospital—from greeting patients and assisting families to supporting clinical teams and fundraising initiatives. At its peak, the League has boasted more than 300 active volunteers, making an extraordinary impact on both patient experience and hospital operations.

The luncheon was a celebration of that spirit of service. In addition to recognizing volunteers for their hours of dedication and awarding milestone pins, the event also included the presentation of $40,000 in scholarships to a group of outstanding teen volunteers, who represent the next generation of healthcare champions.

We are deeply grateful to every member of the Debbie-Rand Memorial Service League for their tireless commitment to our mission. Your presence and passion are part of what makes Boca Raton Regional Hospital such a special place to heal, serve, and grow.
