Beginning at 6 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 1, 2024, the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) will relocate all Hotel and all Courtesy Shuttle transportation services from the O’Hare Bus Shuttle Center near the Hilton Hotel to the Terminal 2 Lower/Arrival Level middle lane. Terminal 5 shuttle operations will remain the same.
This location, a five-minute walk from Terminals 1 and 3, will improve the customer service experience as work continues to modernize O’Hare’s terminal complex.
Shuttle services will continue to operate at this location until further notice.
