Role of CHBT:CHBT offers retail travel planning services, sourcing travel products and experiences from independent third-party Suppliers (such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, car rental companies, tour operators, attractions, and insurance providers). CHBT does not own, operate, or control these Suppliers and acts solely as a booking agent. CHBT is not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such Suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

Supplier Responsibility & Limitations:
Suppliers may change itineraries, schedules, or routes without prior notice and are solely responsible for their services. CHBT is not responsible for any supplier changes, delays, cancellations, missed connections, or costs incurred due to force majeure events or other conditions outside of CHBT’s control.

Force Majeure:
CHBT is not liable for events outside of its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor strikes, government orders, epidemics/pandemics, or Supplier insolvency. CHBT is not responsible for losses incurred due to these circumstances.

Third-Party Terms & Pricing Accuracy:
Passenger(s) acknowledge that each travel Supplier may have its own terms and cancellation policies, which are binding regardless of whether CHBT has provided notice of those terms. Prices and availability may change at any time without notice. CHBT is not responsible for typographical, system, or Supplier errors in pricing or descriptions, and reserves the right to correct such errors.

Booking Accuracy & Passenger Responsibility:
It is the responsibility of the passenger(s) to immediately verify the accuracy of all booking details (including legal names, dates of birth, travel dates, destinations, and services). CHBT will not be liable for errors, costs, or losses resulting from the passenger’s failure to verify booking accuracy. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure all passport, visa, and health requirements are met for each destination.

Travel Risks & Destination Conditions:
CHBT has no special knowledge regarding foreign entry requirements, unsafe travel conditions, weather, political instability, or health risks. Passengers are solely responsible for assessing such conditions prior to travel. We recommend reviewing travel advisories through the U.S. State Department (travel.state.gov) and the CDC (cdc.gov/travel).

Legal Jurisdiction:
All claims, disputes, or legal proceedings arising from bookings made with CHBT shall be filed and litigated exclusively in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Power of Attorney Authorization:
By requesting travel arrangements, you authorize CHBT to act on your behalf to finalize bookings and secure travel products. You authorize CHBT to use your payment method to secure travel arrangements upon your verbal, written, or electronic confirmation.

Website & Intellectual Property:
All content and imagery on CHBT’s website or marketing materials are protected by copyright. You may not reuse or reproduce any materials for commercial purposes without express written permission.

Agreement Acceptance:
Your agreement to these terms may be confirmed by any of the following actions: providing a signed document, completing a booking request online or via email, submitting payment, or engaging CHBT’s services in any form. Such actions shall be deemed valid acceptance of these terms.

Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. CHBT is not an insurance provider and is not responsible for coverage decisions, claim processing, or the denial of any claims. By declining insurance coverage, you acknowledge full responsibility for any cancellation fees, medical expenses, delays, or other financial losses.

Insurance Disclaimer:
If purchasing travel insurance, you are responsible for reviewing the policy and understanding its terms. CHBT cannot discuss or manage insurance claims due to privacy regulations. CHBT makes no guarantees about coverage decisions made by the insurance provider.
