• All pool areas are exclusively for registered resort guests only.
• Appropriate Swim Attire must be worn.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool.
• Diaper-age children must wear swim diapers for health and safety reasons.
• Do not leave valuables unattended. The Sheraton Flowood Refuge Hotel is not responsible for personal property loss, damage, or theft.
• Ball throwing and water guns are strictly prohibited in all pool areas.
• No kickboards are allowed in the pool area.
• Any dangerous and violent actions (running, diving, submerging someone, throwing things or persons, and other hazardous activities) are prohibited.
• No unruly activity or inappropriate language is allowed.
• No outside food/beverages/coolers are permitted in the pool area.
• No Glassware of any kind is allowed on the pool deck or in pool.
• No pets are allowed in the pool area.
• The ADA does not override public health rules that prohibit dogs in swimming pools. However, service animals are allowed on the pool deck.
• Smoking or e-cigarettes are not allowed in the pool area.
• Only personal headphones are allowed for music. Amplified music of any kind is strictly prohibited.
