Wilson Bank & Trust Oktoberfest Pumpkin Decorating Contest

1) No purchase or obligation necessary to win.
2) To participate in the contest, entrant must take a photo of a pumpkin he/she decorated, and send the photo to Wilson Bank & Trust by email (msimmons@wilsonbank.com), Facebook direct message or mail. The photo must be sent with a name, age, email address and phone number to be eligible to enter. Maximum 2 entries per person.
3) There will be two categories:
-Kids (ages 12 and under)
-Adults (ages 13+)
Entries will be collected from October 5 -October 22. Voting begins October 23 and ends October 26 at noon. 
4) Eligibility: Contest is open to all persons. Winner need not be a customer of Wilson Bank & Trust.  No purchase is necessary to win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and taxes. By participating, entrant agrees to abide and be bound by the Official Contest Rules and to accept the decision of Wilson Bank and Trust as final in all respects. 
5) Prize: Kids- $50 MasterCard Gift Card; Adults- $100 MasterCard Gift Card 
6) Prize Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable. Applicable Federal, state, and local taxes, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified, are the sole responsibility of the winner. 
7) Odds: Odds of being a contest winner will depend on the total number of eligible entries.
8) Winner Notification/Prize Awards: Winner will be determined by the number of combined “Likes” and “Shares” on Facebook that the pumpkin photo receives as of October 26 at noon for both categories.  Winner will be announced on Friday, October 30. Winner will be notified by phone, email, or social media message to pick up the gift card. If WBT is unable to contact winner, winner does not respond within 48 hours or winner does not pick up his/her prize at the arranged time, the pumpkin with the next most likes and shares will be contacted in each category.
9) Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to a.)The Official Rules and the decision of Wilson Bank & Trust, which shall be final in all respects; b.) release, discharge and hold harmless, Wilson Bank & Trust, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the contest, and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. By accepting a prize, the winners agree to, where legal, the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising, social media, and publicity purposes without additional compensation or consideration. 
10) Limitations of Liability: Wilson Bank & Trust is not responsible for the printing of or any typographical errors in any Contest-related materials. Wilson Bank & Trust reserves the right to cancel or modify the rules as determined by Wilson Bank & Trust in its sole discretion.
