When you visit FX Caprara Harley-Davidson® between June 20 and July 5, 2019, you can enter to win the Coleman Cooler with Wooden 'Harley' Box surrounding the outside. No purchase necessary, you don't need to be present to win, one entry per person.
This contest is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, who are 18 or older as of the date of entry, and is void where prohibited by law. The contest must be entered by submitting a completed entry form using the form provided at the Dealership. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Employees of FX Caprara Motorcycles, other companies associated with the promotion of the contest, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the contest.
Prize: Winner of the Contest (hereinafter “Winner”) will receive the cooler which is determined by the Dealership. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash, used towards the purchase of a motorcycle, or substituted for another prize, and is non-transferable. Prize-related expenses including all federal, state, and local taxes represent the sole financial responsibility of the Winner. The prize is given with no written, express, or implied warranty. Any prize not claimed within 15 days will be forfeited by the winner and remain the property of the Dealership.
Winner will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of the Dealership. The drawing will take place on July 6, 2019, 1:00pm EDT at the dealership, located at 17890 Goodnough St., Adams Center, NY. Winner does not need to be present to win and, if not present, will be informed about the prize by phone and/or email within 2 days following the Winner selection to claim the prize. The Dealership is not responsible if the Winner fails to receive the notice about the prize due to any security settings or provision of incorrect contact information.
