We Heard You! Next Employee Experience Survey Begins February 6
Feedback from the 4Q’22 survey
In our Fourth Quarter 2022 (4Q’22) Employee Experience Census Survey, 53% of you shared your feedback, and we’ve heard consistent input from our employees throughout 2022. We want you to know that your voice matters, and we are making efforts to enhance your employee experience based on your suggestions and insights.
Here are a few of the ways we are responding to your feedback:
  • BAYADA can help you achieve your educational and career goals—with exciting new changes to our Presidential Scholarship and easier enrollment opportunities for our Advance to LPN Scholarship Program! All caregivers and clinicians employed with BAYADA for at least 90 days as of the submission deadline are eligible to apply.
  • We continue to develop and enhance mobile-based technology to make it easier for you to request a shift, get information about a client, and communicate with your office.
  • In partnership with Learning and Talent Operations, we are excited to have added three new fields to the Personal Information section of Workday. Employees now have the option to update pronouns, gender identity, and LGBTQIA+ identity in Workday.
  • We are debuting the first Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion (DEI) Annual Progress Report for BAYADA. 
If you haven’t already, you should soon be hearing from your local office team to review the most recent survey results from your specific office and plans for improvements. Please reach out to your manager at any time to share your valuable feedback and inquire about continued improvement efforts underway.
Regularly evaluating how we’re doing and how you are feeling about your work environment directly influences the next steps we take as an organization to continue to improve and grow. Thank you for helping to guide us in this meaningful way.
Upcoming 1Q’23 survey
Our next survey launches Monday, February 6 and will be open through Tuesday, February 14. Eligible employees will receive an email and text message with their unique survey link. We hope you will participate!

Presidential Scholarship
You can now apply for a BAYADA Presidential Scholarship on BAYADA Celebrates, and opportunities have been expanded! All caregivers and clinicians employed with BAYADA for at least 90 days as of the submission deadline (see below) are eligible to apply.
A total of $2,000 can be awarded to individual applicants each academic year, with up to $1,000 for the Fall Semester and up to $1,000 for the Spring Semester.
  • 2023 Fall Semester | July through December: up to $1,000
    • Submission deadline: May 1, 2023
  • 2024 Spring Semester | January through June: up to $1,000
    • Submission deadline: November 6, 2023

2022 W-2s will be Available This Month
The BAYADA Payroll teams are pleased to share that once again this year, all employees will be able to access their 2022 W-2 forms online through Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Employees who do not wish to receive their W-2 digitally can expect theirs to be mailed to their primary address listed in Workday.
Employees who have opted in for paperless delivery of their W-2 will receive an immediate notification email once their W-2 is available.
To access your W-2, follow these steps:
  1. Access the ADP site from bayada.okta.com.
  2. You will be directed to the ADP website. Click on Pay on the left side.
  3. Click on View Statement in the Tax Statements box to download and print your W2
Please note, only 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, and future W-2 forms will be available on this site. Forms from previous years cannot be accessed online.
Please email bayadapayroll@bayada.com with any questions about your W-2.
Note for our Integrity Home Care (IHC) team members: There has been a change in the delivery method of your W-2s. They will be mailed to your home address instead of being available through the ADP website.

Coming Soon! One Place, One Process: Refer a Friend Through Our Talent Scout Program
Starting February 8, 2023, BAYADA employees can submit both office and caregiver referrals at jobs.bayada.com/talentscout! Before, only caregiver referrals could be submitted on this website. Now that we have one place, one process for all employee referrals, Talent Scout makes it easier—and more rewarding—than ever to refer a friend to BAYADA.
Here is what changed:
  • We have one enterprise-wide employee referral program for referring all caregiver, service office, and enterprise roles.
  • There is one, easy way to submit a referral at jobs.bayada.com/talentscout. It takes less than one minute to complete.
  • We have set, known, reliable payout amounts. The referral cash bonuses are set, role-based amounts. You know what you are getting, and you can refer friends for positions across the company! Amounts are below.
  • When you refer through our dedicated Talent Scout referral site, you’ll receive your bonus after your referral is hired and meets eligibility requirements.

The premise of the Talent Scout Program is simple:
  • Refer. Submit a referral through the dedicated Talent Scout website.
  • Reward. If your Talent Scout referral is hired and has worked the required amount of time, you automatically receive a bonus in your paycheck.
  • Repeat. You can submit as many referrals as you wish—there is no limit! The more hires, the more clients we can help, the more you are rewarded. It's a win-win-win.

BAYADA Publishes the 2022 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Progress Report
BAYADA has published its first Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Progress Report. The publication describes how our DEI journey began in 2020, when CEO David Baiada had the courage to confront issues of deep-seated racism and promised to do more.
Today, our robust DEI program includes a dedicated DEI office, the DEI Resources website, a host of webinars and trainings sessions, and the creation of our five Employee Resource Councils (ERCs):
  • Military Community Network (MILCOM)
  • LGBTQIA+ (PRIDE)
  • Racial & Ethnic Diversity (R.E.D.)
  • Solutions and Accessibility for Equality (S.A.F.E.)
  • Women in Limitless Leadership (W.I.L.L.)
Joining an Employee Resource Council
We are now accepting applications to become an ERC member, and we invite you to apply. The ERCs are involved in activities such as supporting military veterans, advocating for those with disabilities, fostering allyship for the LGBTQIA+ community, empowering female leaders, and developing programs on racial and ethnic diversity. Please note that participation in an ERC should not conflict with your regularly scheduled client care hours.
We made some changes this year, giving you more options for getting involved. Each ERC will include 16 core members as well as general members.
  • Core membership: For employees who are passionate about joining an ERC, this option may be right for you. Core members are asked to serve up to two years and up to 6.5 hours per month. In addition, you’ll be financially compensated for any time spent towards ERC or DEI initiatives, including activities, meetings, and events. View the core member role description here >>
  • General membership: If you want to support the work of an ERC but don’t have the time to commit to core membership, this option may be your best choice. General membership will be available to all BAYADA employees who apply during the 2023 application window. This optional, voluntary, non-paid opportunity gives you the chance to participate in meetings, activities, and events without any time commitments. View the general member role description here >>
